Jason joined the firm in March of 2019 after 12 years as a founding partner with the Elizabethton, Tennessee, law firm of Holly & Holly, PLLC. He handles a variety of litigation matters in upper East Tennessee, ranging from criminal defense, family law, personal injury/auto liability, general civil litigation, Juvenile Court matters. He is also an experienced domestic relations mediator, helping resolve disputes in all areas of domestic relations, including divorce, post-divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support. He is licensed to practice in all state level courts, the Tennessee Court of Appeals, and the Tennessee Supreme Court. He is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court.
A native of Elizabethton, Tennessee, and a graduate of the University of Tennessee in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry, Jason graduated Law School with honors in 2001 from the Cumberland School of Law and Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, where he was a member of the Cumberland Law Review Journal. He was a member of and frequent publisher in the Cumberland Law Review Journal. Thereafter, he handled litigation matters with the Law Firm of Starnes & Atchison, LLP, in Birmingham for six years prior to returning home to Elizabethton, where he established Holly & Holly, PLLC. He is a past President of the Carter County Bar Association, and is a member of the American Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association.
